What is a pre-authenticated member?

  

This is a person who has created a trap.NZRappt.IO account,account but has not verified their email account.

 

For the pre-authenticated user, you will not be able to access any projects or use the trap.nz phone app, you will only be able to access your trap.nz home page, "My Account" to edit your details or resend the verifying email

The administration of a project will be unable to assign any installation to a pre-authenticated member.

  

To verify your account you will have to access the email address you provided when creating your account and find the email from trap.NZ,Rappt.IO, here you will find the link you will need to verify your account.

 

If you can’can’t find your trap.NZRappt.IO verification email. They are often in your spam folder. Or access your trap.nz home page, "My Account" to resend the verifying email
